Personal service, three decades deep

Vincent's training began in 1992 in New York City's renowned 47th Street jewelry district. His three brothers owned a jewelry manufacturing business there, and they taught him the trade from the ground up — how to make fine jewelry from scratch, by hand.

He later brought those skills to Vermont, working for several local jewelry stores and building deep experience in jewelry repair and customer service.

Along the way, Vincent saw an opportunity: customers deserved quality repair work at more affordable prices. He opened his own business in a small rented space inside University Mall. After several successful years, he expanded into a larger location to better serve a growing base of loyal customers.

Today, with more than 30+ years of experience, Vincent remains committed to hands-on craftsmanship, personal service and fair, affordable repairs.
